IFYE association
IFYE – The association after your exchange
After your IFYE-exchange, you will be a part of our alumni association once you've attended your first general assembly. All our members were once IFYEs and together we try to pass on our experience and wisdom to the next generations. At the national meetings, we keep in touch with each other and share what we've experienced abroad. At international meetings, you get to meet IFYEs from all over the world, make experiences beyond your exchange and form friendships for life.
Our motto «once an IFYE, always an IFYE»!
In order to exist as an exchange organization, we rely on our former participants to volunteer for all kinds of different activities: plan general assemblies, organize hiking weekends, etc. The members of the board that organize the exchange all do their work on a voluntary basis.

Quality management
IFYE-Swiss is member of Intermundo, the umbrella organization for promotion of youth exchange. Since 2010, we have the Intermundo-SQS-certificate. More information about that can be found here.
